Overwhelmed by recycling boom.

A MORRISONS' manager says the recycling point at his Buxton store has been blighted by fly-tippers since the introduction of Binnovation.

Televisions, chests-of-drawers, chairs and general household waste keep appearing overnight as people dump objects they cannot fit into their fortnightly rubbish collection.

Deputy manager Simon Toft said: "We have to devote several man-hours each morning to clear up the recycling area because of things turning up in the night. And the collection point for milk cartons overflows everyday."
