VIC:Lowest water use in 27 years for Melbourne
Melbourne consumed its least amount of water in 27 years last year .. helping to restore
the city's storage dam's back above half full.
The dams gained close to 300 billion litres in 2010 .. thanks to above average rainfalls
and run-off and low water consumption.
